These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases from and use of this website operated by National Coin Group ("NCG," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not purchase from or use this website.
NCG sells coins, currency, and precious metals as collectibles. NCG is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or commodities trading advisor, and nothing on this website or communicated by any NCG representative constitutes investment, financial, retirement, tax, or legal advice. Any decision to purchase is made solely by you. You should consult your own independent financial, tax, and legal advisors before making any purchase. Coin and precious metals markets can be volatile, prices can decline, and past performance is not a guarantee or indication of future results.
Due to continuous fluctuation in precious metals and collectible markets, prices are not displayed on this website and are confirmed only by phone at the time of purchase. A transaction is binding on both parties once price, quantity, and payment method are confirmed verbally with an NCG representative and assigned an invoice number. Phone calls may be recorded for verification of order terms. Website content, including product listings marked "In Stock," is informational only and does not constitute an offer to sell at any particular price.
We work hard to keep this website accurate, but errors in descriptions, images, availability, or other content may occur. NCG reserves the right to correct any error and to cancel any order arising from an error, including a mispriced quote, with a full refund of amounts paid as your sole remedy.
We accept check, credit card, and wire transfer. Orders ship only after payment has fully cleared. Returned checks and disputed charges may be subject to fees and collection. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and authorized to use the payment method provided.
Because prices are locked at confirmation, cancellations are subject to the market loss and cancellation charges described in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Coin grading is subjective and opinions may vary among experts and grading services. Unless a coin is explicitly described as certified by an independent third-party grading service, any grade or condition reference is NCG's opinion only and is not a representation or warranty. NCG makes no guarantee that any third-party grading service would assign the same grade.
NCG makes no representation or warranty as to the future value, rarity, appreciation, resale price, or liquidity of any item. See our Resale Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCG's total liability arising out of any order or use of this website shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the item(s) giving rise to the claim. In no event shall NCG be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost market opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCG, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis only. You and NCG each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NCG regarding your purchase. NCG may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
