Our refund & returns policy

1. Numismatic & Collectible Coins

Numismatic and collectible coins may be returned within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided that:

• You first call 954-839-9880 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
• The item is returned in its original holder or capsule, unopened, untampered, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• The item is shipped back fully insured, at your expense, using a trackable method.

Approved returns are refunded at the original purchase price, less original shipping costs and less a 10% restocking fee, to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and verification of the returned item.

2. Bullion Products, Final Sale

All bullion coins, rounds, and bars are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Bullion pricing is tied directly to live precious metals markets that fluctuate continuously; once your price is confirmed by phone, the transaction is complete.

3. Market Fluctuation Is Not Grounds for Return

Precious metals and collectible coin markets move up and down daily. A change in the market price of gold, silver, platinum, or of any coin after your purchase does not constitute grounds for a return, refund, exchange, or price adjustment in either direction.

4. Cancelled Orders

Because your price is locked at the time of your confirmed phone purchase, cancellations after price confirmation may be subject to a market loss charge equal to any decline in the market value of the item(s) between the time of purchase and cancellation, plus a 10% cancellation fee. Any market gain resulting from cancellation belongs to National Coin Group.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your invoice, call us within 48 hours of delivery. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our option, at no cost to you. Please retain all original packaging.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Bullion products of any kind (see Section 2)
• Items removed from their original holders or capsules
• Items returned without an RMA number
• Items returned more than 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery
• Special orders and items sourced specifically at your request

7. How to Start a Return

Call 954-839-9880 with your invoice number. Our team will confirm eligibility, issue your RMA, and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
